Luteinizing Hormone (LH) Test

The Luteinizing Hormone (LH) Test at Pamel Laboratories measures the level of LH, a hormone secreted by the pituitary gland that plays a central role in reproductive health. In women, LH triggers ovulation and stimulates the release of an egg from the ovary. In men, LH stimulates the production of testosterone by the testes.
